Decoration of the rooms and reception is nice though all spaces are really very small. Location: quiet street near the center. If would be better if personal speak English better. |

Great location just down the road from the Arc de Triomphe. Friendly staff who helped me when my room safe stopped working with my passport and money locked inside. Fortunately the great staff managed to open the safe for me. The room was very clean which we liked a lot. Would definately return to this great hotel. The room was small, although for a weekend it was sufficient. Any longer than a weekend may have been a problem. |

Most hotels look better online than in person. Hotel Acacias Etoile is an excedption to the rule. The room was clean, and wll appointed. The staff were excellent, and the breakfast large by Paris standards. The price was nice as well. It is also in a very good location being only a block off the Argentine Metro stop. We will use this hotel when they have room for us. |

The room was very clean, close to Arc de Triomphe, good section of Paris, quiet room, very nice front desk, free internet, good air condition. We would definitely return to this hotel. We booked a very good rate through Booking.com. small elevator. |

The staff was amazingly helpful, and really looked after my affairs well. I'm impressed with the staff, for sure. The hotel is in a very quiet location, and is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Hey, Paris is expensive. My room was high and in the back, so noise from other guests wasn't an issue, though I was surprised at how much sound could sneak through the walls. |
