always gave us tea & milk for our room door dead lock was not working, also the air condition unit was not working |

The staff were very friendly and helpful My room was not very clean - with a used glass, open bottle of water in the bedroom, and used shower gels, hair in the sink etc in the bathroom |

Most comfortable bed, great central position, male staff so helpful. Expensive but you pay for position. Certain female staff should not be in hospitality. |

Helpful staff and ideal location Breakfast was ok with a reasonable choice ,but a pot of tea would have suited me more and more choice of drinks and maybe a toaster for customer use. |

on reading the reviews I was expecting very small rooms, butwe had a gorgeous room and the additional bed we expected in the three bedded room was in fact a double = full marks for the hotel stafffor for making our stay wonderful - also excellent position ran out of eggs on our last day for breakfast |

The location was perfect for all central sights and ideally located about 200yds from 2 Metro lines and rer station. Staff were excellent throughout. Rooms were a little on the small side and the walls appeared to be very thin as there was a lot of noise from adjacent rooms and the corridor. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities. |

Very good location, 5 mins from Louvre, 2 min from Rivoli - the main street, 2 mins from the metro station. Very nice insude, though rooms are not big enough. If you want the room with the balcony, ask for the room on the 6th floor, view will be wonderful. Breakfast is okay (bread, jam, cerial, yoghurt, ham, cheese, toasts) taking into account that it is french breakfast! Lol We didnt get bath towels during the first night, had to remind about it. I got comfirmation that the room was booked for 2 persopns, but only 1 breakfast was included??!! |

Most staff were excellent. One was abrupt and unhelpful. A little unexpected on arrival to be told to move the folding bed ourselves between our booked double and twin rooms! 2 weeks later we returned, as booked and reconfirmed, for 1 night to find our booking 'cancelled', -email sent to my home in England (we were in Pyrenees) 2 days before! Matter was resolved reasonably, but on finding a problem, hotel shd have automatically transferred us to another |

Location, Nice size bathroom. Friendly staff. Breakfast could be improved ,quantity wise I.e no croissants after 9.30 and sometimes no rolls. |
