outstanding location; good breakfast (included); helpful but not over-zealous staff One very small point: the stairs are a bit vertiginous and a second handrail would help elderly visitors a lot. However there is a good modern lift (ascenseur) |

location is very good only one small waste basket no air conditioning (they had already turned on heat) we had to open windows no place to hang towels |

Excellent location right by the Notre Dame/St Michel metro and RER 3, easy access to the Parc des Expositions, many great restaurants within steps from the hotel. |

I only stayed there for 1 of the planned 4 nights because of the hotel not living up to what I expected. I did not like much at this hotel. The fan was not working in the room, ie. there was hot air coming out of it although I wanted cold air. The man at the reception was not helpful in the way I wanted, just suggested me other rooms that were more expensive and also where the airconditioner was not working. Because of the hotel being situated around lots of restaurants it was impossible to open the window at night to get some air. |
