proximity to champs elysees-easy access to entertainment +shopping in renovation. poor room amenities + nothing to watch on TV (cable tv inexistent) .room smells. |

It is so far from the Metro station. Not full 4 star facilities in the rooms. the hotel is too old. |

The Rception stafare brilliant. Olite, interested and very well-trained. My congratulations to the Director of Inernal TrAINING. Poor ight evels in te room make working at night very tough If you have internet faclties you shold have the choice office-standard lighting.Tiring and danerous for the eyes. |

Location was good. Very poor quality of bathroom and toilet. It has been renovated some 20 years ago..Trash was not removed from the room one day. Every morning the cleaning lady woke us up even it was obvious the door was locked. One day two men (technicians) did woke us up too. Hotel was smelling for two days very bad. There is a menue for room service, but when we called to order almost nothing was available. |

Location good, staff friendly and helpful. Sofa bed unsuitable for two children (age 10 and 13) although room sold as suitable for four people. Poor quality sofa bed and children did not get good nights sleep. Kitchenette had no utensils (execpt for a kettle) or crockery so was of no benefit to us. |
