La ubicació fantàstica, la Place République està molt be, te de tot...molts bars i restaurants i el millor es que el metro està a 50 metres del hotel. Tot just marxàvem van començar a reformar el bar i restaurant del hotel, el projecte es veia molt be. |

Friendliness of staff, location, level of service I had a room with windows facing the Place de Republique - the windows could be more soundproof, as it was slightly noisy, especially in the night. It would increase our comfort, but it wasn't unbearable. I would gladly select the same hotel next time. |

Close to the subway, very close to the city center, nice room, very clean. Internet should be free... we're no long living in the XX century and the price charged is ridiculously high... |

location The receptionist asked me to pay 7 EU more for my stay without any explanation. He said that the hotel forgot to charge me 7 EU. He couldn’t explain that in English properly. I had paid by a credit card before so I was surprised why the hotel charged me without the reason. |

Very poor service especially in the bar. 10 of us wanted to order some drinks and we were ignored for 10 minutes after which time we left to go elsewhere. My parents wanted to have breakfast the next morning and after being shown to a table they went to get sopme tea and when they returned to their table it had been given to another couple. Just not good enough. Stay again-NO |

Good location to visit Paris by Metro, Nice Rooms (we had connected rooms, which is great with children, Great breakfast, Very Helpful porter for our luggage (9 pieces to be pulled out of our car during trafic rushhour) and he guarded it and brought all of it to our rooms. No Swimming pool,Little information regarding hotel facitities, Guest information book missing. Parking in front of hotel is not easy due to taxis and restructuring/building materials |
