Room&bed very small for a "superior room". Neither Tea/Coffee maker, nor iron in the room although listed in description. Toilet very small, design but not functional at all. Busy street and thin walls so you hear the noise from corridor and neighbour's rooms. Breakfastroom smaall,lots of crashing of cutlery, things run out fast.Definitely overpriced. Incompetent and unfriendly staff. |

I'd booked 3 superiour rooms and arrived to be told we had 1 superiour and 2 standard rooms. We had children with us so the rooms were incredibly cramped. I had confirmation time and time again on phone and email that we had the the larger rooms only to arrive to be told they had been booked. It was utterly deceitful. I was in regular contact with the hotel and they should have informed us. |

Staff were very friendly and ready to help with advice etc. Excellent buffet for breakfast. Very good heating to dry wet towels. One day the room had not been cleaned when we returned at 4 pm - we had been out all day since 10.30. Also, because of the very modern decor, the room had hard floor surface, and there was no plug in the hand-basin - risk to my contact lenses!.
