La cordialità dello staff che mi ha permesso di anticipare l'ora del check in. La stanza dal vivo era molto più piccola di quanto le foto lasciavano intendere. Ho dei dubbi sul fatto che gli asciugamani siano stati sostituiti. |

La sua buona posizione. Le camrere sono più piccole di quanto risultano sull'internet. All arrivo mi sono accorta che non avevano cambiato il cestino della toilet, cosa che fa presumere che la pulizia è superficiale. Nella tarifa potevano includere anche la colazione. Consiglerei questo albergo a chi vuole un buon albergo e non vuole spendere in modo esagerato. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check-in promptly even though we were early and offered to keep our bags on the day of departure until we were ready to go home. A good location for getting to the sites, some by walking, others by metro. |

I was really disappointed by this hotel. They did not provide the room we booked through your website. We were supposed to get a room at £300 per night, reduced to £100, and the room they gave us had nothing to do with a high grade room. The pictures of the hotel do not reflect the reality. The hotel is badly renovated, not very clean, and the bin in the bathroom was not empty when we arrived! |
