The staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check-in promptly even though we were early and offered to keep our bags on the day of departure until we were ready to go home. A good location for getting to the sites, some by walking, others by metro. |

I was really disappointed by this hotel. They did not provide the room we booked through your website. We were supposed to get a room at £300 per night, reduced to £100, and the room they gave us had nothing to do with a high grade room. The pictures of the hotel do not reflect the reality. The hotel is badly renovated, not very clean, and the bin in the bathroom was not empty when we arrived! |

Good location. Room rate was very competitive for the area. Clean. Would stay again. My room was smaller than I expected. It was at the front of the hotel on the second floor, overlooking a busy intersection. The traffic noise was fine with the windows closed, but intrusive if you prefer to have the window ajar for fresh air. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As mentioned above. I have stayed in €300 per room hotels in Paris and also less expensive ones where the rooms have been far more comfortable and better designed. I hasten to add, I had a lower price deal through this site, but expected something more, considering the original price of the room. My stay was made far more enjoyable due to the excellent staff. |
