立地は便利で良い所にあります。 エレベーターが２人のると他は何も乗らないくらいの小ささで、ポーターが荷物を運ぶことになった（広いエレベーターなら自分で運んだのに）。ポーターやレセプションのスタッフが愛想がわるく、荷物を運んでくれたポーターにチップを渡すと、もっとくれ！と言われました。沢山もらうのが当然みたいな態度で、何だか感じ悪くて凄く嫌な気持ちになりました。 |

空調が不調で暑かった。扇風機はあったが、部屋によっては空調が良く聴かないところがあるようです。その他、ロケーションの良さ（メトロすぐ近く）、こじんまりとしていてスタッフの対応がきめ細かいことや清潔なところはたいへん良いと思いました。 空調システムを改善してほしい。 |

Well located, comfortable room, reasonable breakfast. Lacks lobby, bar and ambiance The receptionist failed to reserve a taxi, notwithstanding being requested to do so twice. As a consequence we had a quick sprint to get accross Paris to get to our dinner reservation on the Saturday. Hardly ideal. |

The location was perfect. the concierge was helpful. Bertrand gave great dinner reccomendations, the woman that ran the breakfast room was wonderful to us and worked very hard. Louis at the front desk went above and beyond...the RER B was on strike and he ran there at 5:30AM in the rain to check out the status for us before our flight. Thanks Louis!!! |

Location was excellent and staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Nothing I didn't like, but being mother, I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel for small children. It's definitley not child and buggy friendly! Because of the location, it can also get a bit noisy with traffic, sirens etc. |

The room was clean and close to some of the things we wanted to see. The staff was very snotty. We were traveling as a group and has 2 large pieces of luggage. They mocked us and complained about the size of the luggage. The rooms were very small for the exorbitant price. They were very pushy about wanting to make reservations for us at pricey restaurants and tours. |

the location The prices : Tuesday : 205 €, Wednesday : 205 €, Thursday : 280€ and Friday 250 € for the same room ! |
