Ik had twee kamers geboekt met 8 dagen free parking en dacht dan ook dat ik recht had op 16 dagen free parking wat niet waar was ik kreeg 7 dagen free parking en de rest moest ik bij betalen dus had ik beter een kamer met parking geboek en een zonder .Dit vond ik jammer en heefd me een pak meer gekost dan voorzien. |

zonder mij van te voren hierover te informeren bleek v.a. 23:00u het water te zijn afgesloten, tot 05:00u 's ochtends! Dus geen douche mogelijk en tandenpoetsen met priklimonade. De volgende ochtend was er wel water, maar dit was bruin & smerig. Dus weer geen douche! Na mijn beklag te hebben gedaan kreeg ik een discount van 100 euro (op een prijs van 235 euro) gekregen en gratis ontbijt (25 euro) |

The staff at reception could not have been better, they were very helpful, they were very welcoming There was no soap or toiletries of any type, luckily I had a gift with me which included toiletries. The half roll of toilet paper provided ran out. There was no economical option for breakfast. |

Proximity to the airport in preparation for our departure. Sound proofing of the room was great .... we didn't even know we were at the airport! We had some problems with charging meal costs to our room despite early advice that we could. The shuttle bus to the airport did not arrive within the time advised by reception - it was about 3/4 hour late but fortunately we left earlier than required so we were on time for our departure - the driver did not help putting luggage on board so he received no tip. |
