The staff at reception could not have been better, they were very helpful, they were very welcoming There was no soap or toiletries of any type, luckily I had a gift with me which included toiletries. The half roll of toilet paper provided ran out. There was no economical option for breakfast. |

Proximity to the airport in preparation for our departure. Sound proofing of the room was great .... we didn't even know we were at the airport! We had some problems with charging meal costs to our room despite early advice that we could. The shuttle bus to the airport did not arrive within the time advised by reception - it was about 3/4 hour late but fortunately we left earlier than required so we were on time for our departure - the driver did not help putting luggage on board so he received no tip. |

Free transport to the fair, resturant and breakfast were good although breakfast is expensive. The rooms need refurbishing, they are slightly tatty, they should all be upgraded to the better rooms , quilts etc.coffee, water facilities. |

The rooms although slightly small are very well equiped and very comfortable. The restaurant is good value for money but you need to make the staff awear you want to eat and not just to sit and look at the surroundings. i found the hotel below par on the coffee/tea facility both in the room (only decaf coffee available) and in the lobby were the coffee machine is switched off straight after the restuarant is open in the mourning and stays off until midnight or after |

The room service wqas 45 mins for my children's food and when it arrived it was cold. It was removed and re-heated which is not acceptable. The duvets were made of feathers which is almost unheard of now in modern hotels due to allergies. |

The hotel was very comfortable and pleasant. I liked the room. It would be helpful if the shuttle driver would get better informed about the terminals (he could learn where are the airlines). He dropped me at the wrong terminal and I had to get a taxi, which cost me extra money and aggravation. |
