there is plenty of open area to sit outside of your room while waiting for other people with ample seating. The staff at front desk were nice. I was in a recently upgraded room and it was very well appointed. Housekeeping was slow to respond for extra towels but the front desk would give them to you if you went down to get them |

Room was newly decorated and redone. It was very pretty. We had a beautiful view and loved the fact that we had 2 sinks and a stall shower in bathroom. They were remodeling and painting walls, etc.They were stupid for painting the only elevators at the same time and we ha d to use stairs ( 7th floor). It was very cold at night (in the low 40 degrees) and could not get heat; we were told it is not turned on until October 1st. The Manager was nowhere in site - we were told he is not around. For the cost, breakfast per person, it was only fair. |

Bed and bedding Room too samll. Tv was supposed to fit in the wall instead it was left on a desk. Bathroom was a mess after each shower because of a leak. Took them 2 days to provide a shower cap. |

The bath room was terrible. I did not take breakfast, but I was in the brekfast room and saw what was being offered: It's not worth the money (one can get a decent breakfast in one of the nearby cafees for much less meney). |
