Sencill però molt confortble, teniem tot el que necessitavem Potser la varietat de l'esmorzar, hi havia dos tipus d'esmorzars, el continental que era el nostre cas no hi havia molta vaietat. |

La situació Les instal.lacions són velles, l'ascensor no funcionava massa bé i l'habitació donava a la part del darrera plena de bastides, se sentien els trens fins a la mitjanit i et despertaven cap a les sis i el parrupeig dels coloms era insoportable a tothora. Només hi havia un endoll, per la qual cosa si volies posar el ventilador no podies endollar el carregador del mòbil, per exemple. |

La situació. L'estan rehabilitant i pot-ser m'han donat una habitació antiga amb mobles antics amb una bany també per rehabilitar. Suposo que hi han altres habitacions ja rehabilitades. |

La ubicació de l'hotel. Recepció 24h. Que hi havia per prendre tè a l'habitació (tot un detall). Que no estigués inclòs l'esmorzar complet. Només anava inclòs el continental. (torradetes, cereals i cafè.). Pel preu podria estar inclòs. |

The room was a good size The bathroom was too small. The room needs renovating. There was work going on in the hotel renovating other rooms which was noisy. |

Location and rate I was a bit concerned that there is a problem with the fire alarm which goes off for no good reason at night . This happened in late June and I understand has happened again since then. |

the location was great The room was very small the fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night for no reason and then a staff member entered our room while we were sleeping thinking there was noone in the room. the t.v. did not work. |

A stay of two halves - nice hotel in a good location (close to Hyde park and the underground) but the room was very basic, in desperate need of refurbishment (there is ongoing refurbishment at the hotel currently so I assume this will happen soon). The price charged (bearing in mind central London) reflected this. Booked on-line 1 hour before I turned up with no problems. Be good when the refurbishment work is complete. |

It provided us with easy access to central London. Considering we booked 5 rooms in total 3 of which were supposed to be Executive / refurbished rooms the standard of the rooms did not reflect the price. Also the quality of the Exec. Rooms were the same as or sub- standard to a standard twin that was booked. The carpets/ decoration were the same and in my Exec. Double room the bathroom tiles were cracked and certainly not recently laid. |

The location, comfort and friendly atmosphere together with a fair price - we had a very enjoyable stay. Although major refurbishment is taking place the inconvenience to guests was minimal. |
