Great location, comfortable, and generally amenable staff. For the second time in two stays at this hotel, on the first night, despite having booked a deluxe double room, we were presented with a significantly smaller standard room -although we were eventually moved to a better room. This aside, the hotel is a favourite and I would recommend. |

The lift was not working and was not repaired during our three night stay. We were on the fourth floor. The room was very hot even with air conditioning. This is the smallest "deluxe" room I have ever experienced, just about big enough to get around the bed having to duck to avoid the wall mounted TV and huge air conditioning unit. |

Short distance to tube and other shops on earls court road. The room very small no place around the bed to move no room for the luggage to keep, wash hand basin sing drainage problem, not sufficient water pressure for shower, narrow staircase and no lift up to the last floor |
