The room was very comfortable and the location very good for access to central and west london The front desk were poorly trained and would rather argue than resolve an issue...they could do with a better understanding of the true meaning behind the phrase "the customer is always right". |

Modern rooms, very comfortable. Excellent communications to central london. Free parking (evenings and weekends) on the street next to the hotel When I arrived the had the room rate at £40 more than it was supposed to be. However, after checking their records they changed it. |

The staff were helpful. The room showed it's age, especially the bathroom. The broadband connection was £12.50 and was ridiculously slow. |

I stay in London Hotels all the time, and this one often has good deals that make it the best value for money of any I stay in. The rooms are generally excellent and I like the fact that many of them have a fridge. A horrible example of '70's architecture, and a little dated in some public areas, but who cares. |
