All of the 52 rooms has been individually designed and equipped to offer all modern comforts. The guest rooms feature wooden floors with brand new marble bathrooms. All rooms are individually designed and all have satellite colour TV, direct dial telephone, CD player, trouser press, among the many modern amenities. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and cosy and the colours together with the dark wood create a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel offers on-site dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Highly recommended.

The room although small was well appointed and had plenty of hangers in the good sized wardrobe. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and it was so quiet. Wall mounted television good. Staff really helpful and friendly.

The shower head was so high it sprayed water all over the bathroom floor.

The lift was very slow. There was no curtain in the shower and the room was smaller than I thought it would be.

Newly renovated. Generally speaking is acceptable.

Shower wrongly designed, water splash to floor outside shower tray. Location bit far from subway and difficult to locate as the sign outside the hotel listed Prince's Square and hotel address is Leinster Square.

Close to tube stations, Hyde Park and West End. The room was clean and nicely furbished.

The room was in the basement. No TV remote control in room. The heater was boiling hot so had to keep it off most of the time.

Breakfast was poor quality for a 3* hotel due to low cost ingredients being used. The croissants were awful..

You heard almost everything what the neighbour in his room is speaking a little bit lauder and the rolls on my bed irritated me a little bit :-))

great location in quiet area not far from tube stop, restaurants, and shopping; very upscale room for price!

took us a bit to realize we needed to turn on radiator ourselves to warm up the room--reached freezing temps in october!

The location (it's near two Tube line, Bayswater and Queensway). The hotel is clean and very confortable. Breakfast is very good and you can find a lot af different choise.

The room was quite little, but ok.
