The room was very small and congested for the size.

its close to the city and they have good facilities.

its a nice hotel. but the thing is room is too small and not much space to move around. not much worth for the amount that i paid.

Upon check in I was given 3 double rooms when I had booked twins. In end we had 2 twins and one double and the double was small so it was lucky there was only me in it.

Nearness to Paddington RR and tube

The staff at the front desk was incompetent: didn't know, for example where my room was located, where train for Gatwick was located and told me they had made a reservation at a restaurant when they had not

The staff that checked me in was going to switch my room to an inferior one until I insisted on the value for which I paid.

The location was excellent. The staff were helpful as well.

The hotel facilities need to be improved in the sense that if something is reported in the room which is not right, that needs to be sorted out quickly before a guest comes in. The guests should be made aware of the emergency exits in case of an emergency. This shows that the hotel management cares for their customers and leaves a good impression on the customers.Too much noise as well.
