L'habitació era molt confortable, i amb unes vistes impressionants. El servei de recepció solament saben anglés i d'espanyol res,aixó si parlaven més a poc a poc per poder entendrel's.El servei de menjador al vespre , el menjar molt bó ,peró has de tenir molta paciencia de plat a plat ,ja que tarden molt alhora de servir. |

Modern hotel in superb location for easy access to London Eye & South Bank. Spacious & very comfortable room, with great view. Noisy air conditioning, not possible to regulate speed or switch off. |

Room-uncomfortable-not welcoming at all. Bed was so uncomfortble.Air-conditoner too noisy, we had someone come to our room @ 3:300 a.m. to turn it off. We did not get any sleep at your hotel. Left completly un-happy. |

I did not like this hotel at all Absolutely, the room was uncomfortable and the bed was so hard we cul dnot sleep. My family stayed at your hotel too and the first night the air-condintoner kept everyone awake all night long. Finally, at 400 a.m. they came up to the room and shut it off. The steak was so tough I could not eat it. We asked for some whole wheat rolls and the waiter never came back with them. |

The contemporary decor of the rooms and the warm welcome from the staff. The breakfast staff could have been more attentive rather than us having to ask for things, i.e. tea and coffee, toast. We did bring this to the attention of the restaurant Manager who apologised and escalated this to the hotel Manager who put the matter right and thanked us for raising this issue. |

Clean big room, lovely bathroom The maid started to clean our room at 9am on sunday morning, our departure day,without waiting for us to pack up and leave. Check out time was not until 12 midday. |

Kieran was fantastic, so were the doormen outstanding The bathroom things were too high for small disabled people to reach and the toilet roll holder is totally incovenient! while I loved the chattiness of the personnel in the bar, there seemed to be a lot of staff at the bar and few clearning tables. The bar is also very draughty. |
