Hotellet var över förväntan, trevlig personal, rena och bra rum, till och med micro på rummet! Frukosten vällagad och rejält utbud, möjlighet att välja alternativa kuddar. Lite dålig kapacitet på hissarna |

Det var väldigt rent. Fin restaurang och bar. Jag tyckte att upplevelsen var medelmåttig. Rummet var inte färdigt när vi anlände, inga morgonrockar eller tofflor fanns på rummet som det utlovats. Drinkar i loungen såg vi ingenting av och på kvällen kom en städerska in på rummet med nyckel. Väldigt obehagligt. Dagen efter var det män som putsade fönstret och de tittade in i vårt rum, ingen hade informerat oss om detta och städerskan var påträngande. Hon gjorde även samma sak dagen efter, vi kände att vår integritet kränktes. Ingen minibar fanns på rummet som det utlovats och inga levande blommor som på bilderna på bokningssidan. |

When we arrived at 9pm the reception told us that room service was the only option for food, when in fact the bar served food until 11pm, we felt this was a money making ploy, only part of the stay that was disappointing though. |

it was very accessable to all the main attractions in and around the city I found that it would have been great to have fire systems connected to a strobe light for deaf customers, so they would be made aware of any fires within the building.also when we stayed at this particular hotel staff where unaware of our presence in the room had I have been deaf and not heard the room service at the door I would not have known they were there I suggest doorbell with lights |

Room very hot. Had to wait 15 minutes for a lift when leaving as they were full every time they reached us on the 7th floor. |

The location was excellent and hotel kept bags for us before we checked in and again once we had checked out which was great The staff were very slow on both check in and departure. The lifts in the hotel were beyond ridiculous , they were very very slow and then often arrived full as all guests were also waiting for them. This seems to be a general complaint about this hotel from your website reviews so you would think the hotel would try and do something about it as it is a big downfall and very annoying to be constan |

We spent 2 nights in the Park Plaza and were truly amazed by the hotel. The staff were friendly, the room immaculate, the views were stunning and great location for getting around the city. We would definately stay here again. |

aircondition too noisy, was unable to sleep. Asked for a room with a view over the city, got a window in front of construction and had to pay a surcharge of 25 pound a day to get a different view - at waterloo station. |
