ホテル内ではワイヤレスのインターネットアクセスが無料でありましたが、ラップトップを持参しなかったため、１５ポンド支払ってビジネスセンターでアクセスしたところ、そのＰＣでは日本語が全く表示されませんでした。非常に残念です。 |

It is just nearby the action The rooms are very small and not nice as expected. The windows are not sealed properly that outside air leaks to the rooms. the heating is not working or simply in bad condition. The carpet is just a mess. overall, it is not a hotel in London, or I can say (expect the same conditions in the rest of london's hotels by large. |

Location of hotel and your Bell Staff were excellent. The doorman went out of his way to find a place for a pedicure. Not sure of his name but extremely helpful. |
