The club class room was a huge improvement on my stay in July 2008 when the room was in very poor dtate of decorative repair. The continental breakfast option was poor. Limited choice of cereals and served in the bar. Seating was lounge style and not really suitable for eating food. Not everyone wants a cooked breakfast in the morning. |

Great central location, near to Covent Garden, Leicester Square etc. Not enough lifts, they were always busy, I always had to walk down the stairs, luckily I was only on the 3rd floor ! |

Excellent location, close to Covent Garden, Theatres, restaurants. Very close to Charing Cross station. Room a bit small, no minibar, and if you don't close the shutters, cold air is entering through missing handle on one of the windows. |

Staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The Doorman and Concierge staff were well informed with regards to bus and underground routes. With the ability to purchase tickets within the hotel more time was spent sight-seeing and not having to stand in queues at the stations. |
