The quality of the room The staff. The rooms were not ready for a while at check. The phone was shut off before check out. We were locked out of rooms day of departure before we left and when I asked for help, none came and had to find maid to unlock doors. When I went to complain, the desk said it was not their fault. The breakfast was from 7:30-10:30 but if you were not there within the first hour you had only leftover |

Excellent Location close to the historic city center (walking distance). Sometimes quite noisy in the morning, because the chambermaids had intensive communication on the corridor and in the neighbouring rooms; sometimes also noisy at night (thin dividing walls). |

We were delighted to be upgraded to a suite and it was superb. The breakfast was outstanding and the waiters extremely hard working and friendly. The location of the hotel is great for wandering to all the major sites and minutes from the railway station. A very restful oasis. Thanks to all who made our stay so enjoyable. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. There were only steps outside of the hotel, so if there were no staff to help it was a case of struggling with your case. A ramp would be a good idea. Also I found the breakfast room extremely packed at 9.30am, and had to wait in the corridor for a table along with other guests. I would suggest replacing some of the larger tables with a few more 2 seated tables-there were many couples! |

Location is very convenient, very close to the station and can access to several attraction places. Hotel staff, services and room are very nice. Coffee served during breakfast was disappointed especially when in Italy. |

Everything was just perfect. Very helpful and nice staff. Very close to all the sites, and absolutely charming hotel and courtyard. Even the cute little cat (permanent resident of the courtyard!) was friendly. Will definitely go back to Albani hotel next time in Florence. |

The room was a reasonable size, the breakfast was good and the location was central if not upmarket. The staff member who greeted us was officious and condescending. When we purchased internet time (use only in foyer not room) they demanded cash for the payment, which seemed odd and annoying. Also the walls between rooms were thin. We were woken at midnight by the arrival of our neighbours and then again at 6.30am when they had sex! |
