Very trendy, upscale, quiet, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

There were a number of things closed: the restaurant for dinner for a majority of our stay, the terrace restaurant with a view on the top of the building was closed, pool was closed a number of days. No adjustment in price or alternative service was provided to compensate. The breakfast was not included in our rate and was a little pricy, a discount for being there for a week would have been ni

first room smelled like smoke. staff did not have good nightlife recommendations (a top hotel should always have connections at top restaurants and nightclubs).

The location was decent, some of the staff were very helpful (inc. Manager)

This is by no means a 5 star hotel, at most 4. The hotel food was terrible and stale (1 star). Although after complaining to the manager at billing, they deducted the food. This really redeemed the hotel for us.

Nice design

Rooms need ronovation, One day staff forgot to clean room. More that 24 ours air condition was work.

the location - it's close to restaurants and the metro

it is not worthy of a 5 star rating. the rooms are small and hotel staff not very friendly. the rate didn't include breakfast and the food was too expensive. the internet usage in the room is also too expensive and not even a business center with free internet.

Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja palvelu pelasi hienosti. Roomalainen kylpylä alakerrassa oli aivan mahtava.

Principalmente la ubicación que es perfecta, la atención y la bañera de hidromasaje

Tenemos niño pequeño que va en carrito y la entrada tiene cinco pedazo escalones que cada vez que entras o sales tienes que hacer peripecias a pesar de que el botones de la entrada se esfuerza en echarte una mano cuando no esta algo despitado. Habitualmente muy despitados o no están. También la climatización de habitación fatal, no se puede regular y hace mucho calor y ruido. Muy caro todo.
