The staff were excellent, in particular the reception staff, very friendly and helpful. Views from our particular room exceptional. Very clean and tidy, looking forward to staying there again in the near future. Like the majority of hotels in Venice somewhat overpriced, but it was high season. |

Beautiful room (204) with dual aspect views of St Marks and the Lido..amazing! Breakfast in your room is a must. The staff we lovely. The location near to the water bus stop was very convenient. The location of the hotel was 5 mins from St Marks Square. I would say it was in a brilliant spot- away from the crowds, but close to everything. I had to leave ;-( |

the hotel's staff are excellent! i have been in many hotels in italy, the staff in bucintori are exceptional! the internet service is provided for a short period of time, and you have to renew the user id/password all the time - not very good, especially if you are in a middle of a conference! |

The warm welcome and hospitality from the staff made our short stay very memorable. They were so helpful and friendly. The hotel was so easy to find getting off the boat at Arsenalle. The decor of the hotel was gorgeous, comfortable and was such good value for money. We will definately be going back soon again. |

The view from the room was fantastic. We had the corner room, with the view of St. Marco's and the Lagoon. Staff were extremly friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay there. |
