What a fantastic hotel. Great location, the decor in the bedroom is like a palace, breakfast top notch - wide selection and of food and really fresh. The staff could not have been more helpful. A transport strike on the Friday - they did so much to help us re-arrange our travel arrangements. Finding the hotel - like finding any specific address in Venice is fun - all part of the experience.

Good position. Good canal view.

The bathroom was smelly. This maybe common for Venice and was not a big problem. The elevator did not always work.

An excellent hotel - very central and yet in a non-touristy area

There should be Wifi in the bedrooms. We had to go to reception to use the internet

Great breakfast, great cappucino's, friendly reception

Strange smell in room next to breakfast room. We woke up by harsh sound of kitchendoor, when opening for breakfast, only a little bit of oil will help. We know that normal breakfast noise is inevitable.

good location, near St Marks Square, very friendly staff

no bar in hotel, had to take your clothes to main hotel to iron in an upstairs room, room was not in the main hotel and located to the back of an alley way

We haven't stayed at the room that we saw the picture ont the booking. com website.Actually the room in the picture was much better than the one we stayed in.
