Jeg sendte en forespørsel på hvor mye det ville koste ekstra at vi hadde med våre to barn. Vi fikk ikke svar på forespørselen. Det var ikke bra. Det kostet 50 euro ekstra pr natt. Det var en informasjon jeg gjerne skulle ha hatt da jeg ba om den. |

For Rome standards it was a new, clean and neat hotel. The room/bathroom were perfect size, ultra clean and staff exceptionally nice. My husband and myself got stuck at FCO airport due to AlItalia strike and had to spend another night in Rome. The hotel let us come back even tough we did not have a previous reservation, which was greatly appreciated. Also, the locatin is good. We got a bad recommendation on a restaurant from the front desk one evenining, so you probably should not do that. |

The staff welcome helpful the room facilities services I would definatley stay agin. There taxi drver was excellent ns most relielabe. We spoke to a women receptionist who wanted to ring back when my plane was taking off but failed to believe me I did ring various times but ten blammed it on me! I rang her from theplane. More trust please other reception staff were excelent. |

Staff were very helpful and polite. They provided advice on nearby restaurants, use of the internet and directions to points of interest. All our questions and requests were handled very capably and professionally. The location of the hotel to points of interest and metro stops was very good. Breakfast was good. |
