Svært sentral beliggenhet. Bra service fra personalet i resepsjonen. Svært lite bad. Liten plass for oppbevaring av klær etc på rommet. |

Veldig sentral beliggenhet, men likevel rolig. Hjelpsom betjening, lett å få informasjon om byen fra de som jobbet i resepsjonen. Godt pristilbud den helgen (lavsesong?). Litt "gammeldags" i forhold til norsk standard, men det var ikke noe problem i seg selv. |

I have stayed at the Grand Hotel many times and quite enjoy it, plus you can't beat the location in the center of Milan. |

courteous staff, breakfast offers variety, locattion is excellent for a tourist at a reasonable price our room was a little chilly on the first night and nothing could be done about it because the system was unable to respond. Regular stryle shouwers would be more use ful to tourist not used to the swivel system . This vould be accomplished by having a clasp to holod the nozzle in a fixed position.l |
