The Calzaiuoli Hotel is located in the very heart of Florence, on the Calzaiuoli street connecting Palazzo Vecchio square to Florence Dome.The Hotel's 45 bedrooms are lovely and decorated tastefully in Florentine style and equipped with all conveniences(Skytv). Most enjoy a delightful view over the picturesque rooftops of Florence and its major monuments, such as the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, and the Uffizi. An excellent room-service breakfast and same day laundry service are also offered by the hotel.

The entire hotel was lovely. Pretty decorations, nice rooms, great beds, wonderful breakfast and the entire staff are just wonderful.

They need to upgrade their internet policies. They charge a fortune for just a half an hour of internet time. Travelers today rely on the internet to do so much that it's critical for making plans, finding restaurants, booking tickets etc that to do without it is tough.

Location was great! But to arrive by car in the hotel cost me 2 stressing hours even with the navigation system. Room 309 was very good!

The employees of the front desk were absolutely unfriendly.

Friendly staff, pretty room,very comfortable,the best coffee ever in an absolutely charming breakfast room, extensive delicious selection for breakfast and a very pleasant lady was quick to attend to any need.

This is something that cannot be changed or controlled when a hotel has such a central location but there was late night noise from people on the street..the hotel has quality, heavy windows and shutters so every attempt has been taken into considerataion...
