ロケーション、テラスのレストランからの眺めが最高でした。 Location. View from terrace restaurant is excellent. チェックインの手続き後、部屋に案内してもらうまで、15分以上も待たされました。 部屋に備え付けのドライヤーのプラグが合っておらず、使えませんでした。 両親と私で離れた２部屋をとっていたので、部屋同士で電話をするのに、いちいちオペレーターを通さなければならならず、オペレーターに電話したのですが、なかなかつながらないことがありました。 ベッドメーキングをしてもらった際、チョコレートがベットの上にあったのですが、つぶれた小箱に入っていたので、がっかりしました。 - We had to wait for more than 15 minutes to get to our rooms. - The hair dryer equipped in the room did not fit the plug. |

Excellent location right next to St Marks Square. Very good bar with pleasant atmosphere. Helpful in organising transport to/from the airport. Staff went on strike during our visit, but even before the strike the room was on some days not cleaned untill the evening. For the amount that we were paying the room was small. Most expensive breakfast I have ever encountered at a hotel! |
