The location was excellent. It was lovely staying so close to the Spanish Steps. Handy for metro and catching sightseeing bus tours. Staff in hotel very helpful and breakfast superb. |

The staff were very efficient and helpful at the front desk ; made reservations for agood restaurant for us and booked our taxi for the airport. The carpet in the bedroom had a curious stain(maybe choclate) right beside the bed. This was the first thing I noticed on walking into the room(room31) Apart from this the room was clean.I would say the bed was just average and pillows hard and lumpy. |

Location next to Spanish Steps and the Metro. Breakfast was nice. Bar was really not available as "under consttruction". Rooms were dingy. Mattresses to be changed--very soft. Bathroom not up to American standards. Thought Euro/$$ exchanges service for limited amount was not rfeally fair: $1.60 when rate was trading at $1.34. |

It is extremely central 2 minutes away on foot from the Spanish Steps. Furnishing too old. Needs to be modernised. |

It's close to Spanish Steps and Metro. The toilet is good. The hotel is in progress of renovation, we are not aware of that. I booked the deluxe room with balcony, but the balcony was not tidy and cleaned. |

The Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was very good. The breakfast was lovely - fresh food, great service. The rooms were much smaller than they appeared to be online. The Conseirge shared that the photo online was that of a deluxe room, not the standard room. |

We got a lot of help at the reception regarding sites and restaurants, George at the reception was especially helpful and led us to really good and non-touristic restaurants and also gave us a list of places to go. The hotel location is just perfect very easy to access all major sights from there and very safe. I would recommend anyone to stay there. |

Excellent Hotel in the heart of Rome ! Spanish Steps only 100 yards up the street, shopping at the foot of the steps is world class, Trevi fountain with in a short walk. A tour of Pompeii was booked by the hotel for us, and was great day tour. The staff could not have been more accomidating. Vatican city only 10 min via the Metro, Piazza del Colosseo ( Colosseum) Only a 10 Euro Taxi away. What we like best about the hotel is that is NOT your typical sterile chain hotel, which added to thecharm and ambiance, and experience of our stay in Italy. |
