The room has a comtemporary modern design. The buffet spread is excellent, well qualified for a 4 stars hotels' standard in Europe. No airconditioning. Even though we arrived in the mid of autumn, the sun is very strong at noon. There is no airconditioning in the room. At night, we have to open the doors to sleep and that added a sense of insecurity. |

The location was very convenient. The restaurant staff was inefficient. We left the restaurant one night after waiting more than 15 minutes for service. |

Spacious room , very clean, most amenities. Buffet breakfast superb. location is near station which is why we picked it, but some way from main tourist areas.- no views, and tramway under construction in same street but this is hardly the hotel,s fault !Would have liked a relaxing armchair in our superior room, and milk for the tea/coffee in the room . |

Hotel staff were very helpful. The location was relatively convenient to various points of interest. Since my visit was a very short one, this was very important. The only complaint was the construction that was underway outside the hotel (for a bypass, I think). However, the hotel did post "apology" notices and could not be faulted for city construction. |

The room itself & bar were beautiful, excellent design & very clean. Location! There was construction going on so that may help when its done & everything is fresh, but the sidewalk from the station to the hotel was fowl, we actually saw someone peeing on it, not to mention people in Florence love for dogs but lack of cleanliness when it comes to picking up their litter. |

Needing somewhere close to train station as travelling with 2 young children and lots of luggage... Staff were friendly, baby cot avail for use, breakfast was filling, only issue was getting there with road works out side but not hotels fault. Signs posted on streets to find the way.. Would be back. |

it is nice to find a hotel which has modern desinged rooms in the center of the historical city florence. hotel has wonderfull roof. succest you to have a cup of coffe under the tuscany morning sun shing. |
