Around 10 minutes walking from Colosseo. They had a good wifi. The carpet near the window was wet. They had two glasses in the fridge but after we used them they took them but they didnt replace them. |

location was perfect close to train station and walking distance to most top sites. Hotel was very comfortable too. breakfast was very bland every day with the same small selection |

Nice location for both of business use or leisure use, two minutes working from the Firenze SMN. Accommodation is a little old but enough good as a three stars hotel. Hotel Staff are friendly and speak English very well. |

We did not like the hotel, the first room they gave us, was not a four star hotel standard, it was more like a one star, it was dark, musty, very small and not at all suitable for four people, we had requested a cot, it was not in the room and there was no where to put the cot as the room was so small. The rooms, the lack of service, no one assisted us with our luggage and the lift was so small we had to make several trips, we did not feel safe on the lift as it had a notice explaining that if it stopped do not panic..... We were travelling with small children, this hotel is not suited to families. |
