Friendly staff,central location,comfortable and beautifully decorated room,although space was limited but then it is in Rome! Buffet breakfast was poor particularly the mess that was supposed to be scrambled eggs,stick to the pain au chocolat! |

We were celebrating our recent engagement and i had informed the hotel when booking that this was a "romantic" occasion (as i had not yet proposed when booking the hotel). Barely five mins after we were shown our room, the head waiter was up with a bottle of champagne and two glasses.....this set the tone for a fabulous weekend. |

Front desk support and assistance was excellent. Hotel's location is very convenient. Satellite television and WIFI were provided. WIFI was a significant additional charge. Other hotels on this trip did not have additional charges for wireless internet. |

All staff at the desk were extremely helpful with directions and tourist information. The rooms were nicely decorated. The 30 stairs to my small room...breakfast was included in the price but was very basic for a 4 star hotel. I do believe other rooms were larger. |
