Super lækkert ophold og rigtigt hyggeligt hotel. Dog var vores værelse ikke klar da vi kom, så vi måtte enten flytte hotel eller vælge et standard værelse i stedet for de luxe. Har endnu ikke haft tid til at kontrollere om vi har betalt for de luxe for alle overnatninger. Morgenbuffet'en var kedelig og grå at se på. Vist nok et forsøg på at lave noget brunch-agtigt, men ikke særligt vellykket. Osten var meget tør og kedelig. Afløb på toiletter var tilstoppede på begge værelser. Toiletsæder var løse. Aircon. enten virkede ikke eller var slået fra pga årstiden. Værelserne er ikke så lydisolerede som oplyst. Tydeligt at høre naboer og når der blev badet oven på. |

The staff were helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble for them. Although there is no restaurant at the hotel the Concierge was able to rcommend and book tables at local restaurants. The rooms are fantastic - extremely clean, the beds very comfortable and the bathrooms - wow! |

The hotel is close to metro station Bolonia. So we had no problems to get to the center of the city. |

Elegant hotel. Beautiful room with excellent amenities, a quiet oasis of green in the city. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. At the rate we paid (89 euro), it was an outstanding value given the hotel's quality. The room was on the small side; also not in the heart of the city (although it is within a 5-minute walk to several transport lines into the center and other tourist sites). |

We got a free upgrade to a suite on arrival, excellent room with own terrace area, sky tv etc. The hotel is a good 15 min walk from bologna metro stop though. |

All the staff were exemplary, extremely friendly & helpful. Special cudos to wael, francesco & andrey. The hotel is beautiful & luxurious but it was the people who made it so special. The breakfast room was crowded & ineffecient. |

The friendly and courteous staff and their willingness to allow us to upgrade for no extra cost due to availablity and their relationship with your company. Also - the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Rome in beautiful surroundings with easy acces to metro. And the immaculate room and really accomodating & helpful staff. |

It was quiet The facilities are non exsistentant, There is no resturant, No where set aside to sit outside in the very nice guarden. The air conditioning did not work. neitheir did the room minibar fridge and after complaints these were greated with a shoulder shrug. Breakfast if you are not amogst the first be prepaired for a poor selection, Very suspisious about the shampoos as they seemed to be already used |

Once you find it, it's very accessible to tourist attractions and good restaurants Narrow hallways, small rooms but then it's a niche hotel. The ad is somewhat misleading in that you think it's right on the water when it's not. Bookings should include detailed instructions on the best way to get to the hotel from airport and train station |

Quiet place, not crawed. Nice decoration Poor service. The front desk did not really covered our needs, and during Breakfast not enough service. Small tables for breakfast. Very poor breakfast for a 4 star hotel (very bad bread and fruit) |
