A truly unique hotel, the Inn offers an unforgettable experience: the most privileged panoramic location - right inside the ancient Roman Forum and Coliseum complex - and high tech amenities.

The hotel is set just around the corner from the most central and strategic district in the city. At the same time it enjoys the tranquillity and quietness of an exclusive upscale quarter.

Guest rooms are decorated in a contemporary style, luxuriously furnished and equipped with state-of-the art technology including plasma screen TVs and iPod docking stations.

Some of the rooms have additional features such as fireplaces, four poster beds and terraces with lovely views of a small garden with palm and fig trees.

Part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, the Inn at the Roman Forum is the only property in the city that actually houses Roman ruins inside its structure.

At the entrance, a passageway leads to an ancient crypt - a gorgeous stone gallery with engravings dating back to 2000 years ago.

A rich breakfast buffet is served on the rooftop garden, so you can start your day in style enjoying breathtaking views of Rome. Alternatively, breakfast may be served in the lounge.

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Important information

Please note that the Hotel does not accept Visa Electron to guarantee reservations. If a Visa Electron is used, the reservation will not be guaranteed and will be kept on a waiting list. Please note that a room will be assigned at the arrival only upon availability.

For reservations of more than 6 nights the Hotel requires a 30% deposit at the moment of the reservation (50% deposit for reservations of more than 10 nights); the reservation will be confirmed upon deposit receipt.

Please be aware that for reservations of 3 or more rooms, full pre-payment is required and the standard cancellation policy will not apply. The Inn at the Roman Forum will send the client a booking agreement with the new cancellation policy and pre-payment conditions.

All reservations have to be guaranteed with a credit card held by the guest. If the credit card used to guarantee the reservation is held by a different person the reservation will be not accepted and the Hotel will require a cancellation notification.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of all the main attractions. The hotel was very clean, and our room was very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay in Rome.

Very clean nice hotel. Room was fantastic! We had not heard any noize and sound during our stay. Location is also great. We could go to anywhere by walk.

Beautiful hotel and room, very intimate and with lots of character. Lovely roof terrace and garden. Great breakfast and free snack buffet every day from 5-8pm. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the place and would highly recommend. Made our young daughter (20 months) very welcome. Excellent location too close to all the main sites.

La pulizia e la cortesia del personale

Non ha insegne esterne. Ho dovuto chiedere informazioni ad un altro hotel. Il luogo è desolante e impervio. Le due finestre della camera danno su un cortile angusto e squallido. Lo spazio e l'illuminazione molto ridotti. Alla reception mi hanno risposto che potevo prenotare una camera più grande.

Kamers waren prachtig en personeel was heel vriendelijk!

Dat het enigszins gehorig was in de hal, en als de planten s'avonds (23.00) water worden gegeven je dit nog een uur hoort nadruppelen.
