Sehr saubere und schöne Zimmer. Gegenüber vom Hotel ist ein Lüftungsaugang eines großen Gebäudes, daher sind die Zimmer zur Straße recht laut. |

Wunderschönes, super gelegenes Hotel. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schön eingerichtete Zimmer mit Flat-TV, kostenlosem WLAN-Empfang, Minibar und elek. Safe. 5min zu Ground Zero, 5min. zur Subway Station mit nahezu allen Linien, 5min. zur Wall Street. Starbucks direkt um die Ecke. Preislich (für New Yorker Verhältnisse) einwandfrei. Nachts ruhig. Klimaanlage relativ laut. |

Hotel was in reasonable position and was relatively quiet We paid for a top room and was dissapointed as it was smaller and more basic than we expected. I am a frequent business traveller in hotels and took my wife this time so paid extra. There were only two elevators (no staff elevator) and both were broken down at times and havily occuoped by staff. We were on the top floor and water pressure was so low the shower stalled on occaisions. |

This hotel is the best I have ever stayed in. The room was clean and stylish, the bed was super comfortable and the staff was super friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of the financial district, very close to the subway and with lots of restaurants around. |

The staff was very nice! We loved it that the people were jong! We didn't bring our one laptop. I am not sure if there was a computer for the juice of the customers, but we missed it. On our trip we couldn't bring a computer. |

It was located at very convenience place. Not close from shopping district however, we loved it. The bed was very comfortable too. I didnt like the bathroom door. if I was with my boyfriend it would not be a problem but I was staying with my friend and being able to see him through when he is using bathroom, was not the best part of my holiday! |

Location - in the middle of Manhattan, close to Wall Street, South Sea Port, and Battery Park. Service - staff is very friendly. Free coffee with donuts every morning. Free access to the Business room with 4 computers with internet and printer. Also Gym, but we didn't have a time to try it. The hotel provides free stay for children, which is great, but they don't give an option with two beds in the room. Also, we lived on the 9th floor and the noise from the window was terrible, even though the window was locked. The floor in the bathroom is cold. No vent in the bathroom. |

We enjoyed our room, however it was not the room we booked. When we brought this up with the concierge we were made to feel like it was not their fault ... as if it had been misrepresented on booking.com. No effort was made to remedy the situation or to offer a discount. However, with this one exception, the rest of the staff were wonderful and helpful. |

The room is ok, the staff is really helpful. Breakfast was ok, and will be better when the restaurant is opened later this year. The only thing was the noise of the airco, but got used to that. Better than a warm room. |
