Rummets storlek var toppen! Väldigt tyst, blev aldrig störd av något( hade rummet mot gårdssidan). Väldigt vänlig personal.Bra läge, enkelt att ta sig runt i stan. Duschen skulle ha kunnat vara något modernare. Hotellbaren var inte så trevlig, väldigt skränig musik. Passade inte riktigt med hotellets image i övrigt. |

The rooms are very spacious, especially for New York. The Hotel rooms are very comfortable. The location is excellent. Although there is a bar area, it would have been nice to have an area to sit in and have a coffee etc with friends |

The staff were so helpful and friendly, the hotel itself was traditional in style and the rooms were beautiful- much better than a 3*. We had a kitchen, walk-in closet, dining table, sofa- it was more like a suite. Highly recommend, would def stay there again and fantastic location |

The location was brilliant and the hotel was quality. The room was huge! The price on booking.com was great, wouldnt be that great if had to pay full price. The front desk were not all that accomodating. Mde us feel like we didnt belong there. |

What a room! Ask for suite 1500 - you won't be disappointed. It was huge! Kitchen area was a real bonus. Nice staff, clean rooms, great view, great location for Central Park. What more could you want? Some of the decor is a little rough around the edges and the room service food is only average quality, but I'm really searching for things to put here. |

The hospitality & friendliness of the staff. The hotel were very generous in upgrading us as a courtesy for my first ever stay in the hotel. I booked a one bed room suite and they were happy to give us a two bedroom since it's available w/ no questions asked. Love it all... |
