Tranquilidad en el residencial, los alrededores estaban limpios, las ropas de cama limpias y no hubo problemas por faltantes de agua o cortes en el fluido electrico. Pienso que es importante que en el lobby exista quien te atienda en español ya que siempre debi presentarme yo, ya que las personas que me acompañaron no hablan ingles y en el hotel nadie habla español |

having a home base and washing machine and dryer. carpets were pretty old, the toilets ran somtimes, and our stove didnt work properly, but they came and fixed the stove and we just delt with the rest. |

THe villa was nice and clean and very roomy! The availbility of staff was very bad, the hours to get intouch with the front desk was terrible and if you wanted to get info from them after hours it just didn't happen! Several times family tried to call us at our villa and could not get through! |

We loved the proximity to the parks. We really liked the convenience of having a full kitchen, especially with small children who can be so picky that they just waste food and money at restaurants. We liked coming back to a more "home like" environment at the end of a busy day at the park. It was quiet and comfortable. The beds were not comfortable. |

I loved the location of the Villa to all of the attractions. It was clean and right next to a beautiful pool. The king bed was uncomfortable and one of the tvs in the unit did not work. |
