The hotel offered many amenities - full size fitness center, great business center, nice restaurant The additional charge of $10 for use of the fitness center. Also, the noise from street level trolley cars reached the 15th floor! |

The closeness to union square The staff at the hotel was very amateur, and they did not have any practicality on customer satisfaction. The managers, Michael and Eunice were very unsupportive when it came down to customer satisfaction. 1. The room I booked was very very small (deluxe double).2. They were not compensating when they bumped me to a room with one king. ( I have three kids.) |
