Great location, clean room. Quiet. Fair price for New York standards. Total rip off for anywhere else on the planet. Would a smile kill ya? Service with a smile and friendly attitude is not a priority here. $15.00 to hold bags for 2 hours until room was ready. |

everything, from the hotel staff, to the surroundings and placement of the hotel. everywhere i turned there was someone there to help me with whatever it was i needed help with. splended!! |

I liked the service The bathtub was hard to handle in term of oppening its drainage and the water intensity was very low pressure almost immposible to enjoy washing in such a good hotel . |

Some employees with bad behavior specially the valet parking guy They wanted to charge for a baby crib. If I am correct your website said we could have a baby crib included in the price. The hotel staff kept insisting that no. |

Excellent rooms with high standards of cleanliness. The poorly insulated hotel doors to the rooms, I heard whispering in the corridors and woke every time the hotel went by to slide the receipt under your door. I have lived in hotels a lot less expensive and lower standards but the cheap doors here was the far worst I have experienced plus the cost of close to $15usd to use the Internet. With better doors I would have rated it Good to Excellent. |

After we had been at breakfast in the last day about 9.00 A.M the door of our room did not open. I think you were too busy to lock the door. Of course your reception programmed the card again, but the the man in service did not say any sorry. The air was a little stifling (mould?) in the room and corridors, where also was all the time smell of cigarettes. |
