Det bästa var en duktig concierge, en lite äldre kvinna, minns ej hennes namn. Hon var snabb och hade alltid bra tips på vad det fanns att göra i NY. Alltid lång väntan på hissarna..... |

Rooms were clean Rooms were very small for the price. No room amenities ie coffee, tea and not told about that. Charge for luggage storage before and after stay even for just an hour |
