かなり狭いお部屋でしたが清潔感はありました。 最高気温が－3℃という寒さの日、ホテルに戻ったらシャワーのお湯が出ませんでした。ヒーターの故障と言うことで、凍えて死にそうになりながら、シャンプーの寸前に気がついたので、髪はびしょ濡れで凍えながら洗いました。でも値段もそのまま、事前に教えて欲しかった。 |

部屋のシーツ、タオル全てが新しくて、気持ちが良かったです。 改装中の為、エレベーターを１台しか動いていない上、作業用としても使っていたため、毎回毎回待たされましたし、勝手に部屋に従業員が入ってきて、バスルームチェックや、ドライヤーを置きに着たり、バスローブを持ってきたりと、何回も出入りされて落ち着きませんでした。 グランドオープンしたらきっと良くなるかと期待します。 |

The location Altought we resrved a medium queen room, the hotel gave us the smallest room with a small double bad. Only after we demended to get a biger room- they chanhed it to a bit bigger one, but the bad was really small and doesn't suit 2 people!! |

The rooms were clean. The hotel cancelled my reservation because they did not see on the reservation that I was arriving early the following morning. I was told that it was Booking.com fault, not the hotel. Then they gave me a smaller room, which had a better rate - but they also charged me a no show fee, which I'm still not sure if I was totally credited. The water pressure and temperature was terrible. |

the bed was very comfortable the tv was a very good size the bathroom although small was well stocked and had a good shower no mini bar or vending machines or room service of any kind to be able to get a bottle of water or soft drink in your room without having to go to a shop would have been good. |

Location and lobby bar They only had 4 of our 5 rooms booked. After long wait we finally got last room. Also did not get rooms we booked, we got some smaller rooms for no reduction in price |
