Perfekt beliggenhet, flott å ha god restaurant i underetasjen (Serafina), rent og pent, godt utvalg i minibar. Synes rommene er noe små. Ikke plass til å sitte annet enn på sengen. |

Rent, god belligenhet og det føtes trygt å bo på hottelet, noe som er viktig i New York. Hotellet er minimalistisk, men er nok mer tiltrekkende for unge mennesker enn noe mer tilårskomne personer. Basisrommet var svært lite for to personer. Vi følte av vi bodde i en liten lugar innvendig på en båt. Fordelen var at det var mulig å åpne vindet. At gangene var trange bidro til dette inntrykket. |

This was a perfect spot for us. We wanted to be close to the Thanksgiving day parade from which we flew in from Boston to see. Our hotel wasn't in the mob of millions of people but located just behind the crowd so all we needed to do was go back to the hotel to use the amenities. The best surprise was the excellent food as the adjacent restaraunt which gave us 20% off ours meals because we stayed |

Location, helpfulness of staff. Room was nice even though a little small but we only slept there and were out all day every day. Quirky hotel. All in all really liked the hotel. Nothing major. Someone was sick outside our room on the first night, obviously not the hotels fault. The shower wasn't hot enough for me personally. Could have done with tea and coffee facilities in the room. |

Great place! The lounge on sat night was lots of fun. This hotel is in a perfect location if your going to see broadway shows. Nice size room with a very comfortable bed. We loved everything about it!!! |

We upgraded our room to s Suite a few days before travelling. This turned out to be an excellent decision since the actual bedroom size was quite small and would have been too small for the two of us and luggage if we did not have the extra space the suite gives. I loved the friendly and warm decor in the Suite. The room was clean, modern and well fitted out with Plasma screens and music. The lack of views in the suite. We had a lovely view of brick walls in both rooms with very little natural light coming through but thats New York! |
