The rooms were fresh, beds comfortable and clean

The restaurant was not busy so staffing was limited quality of food low for the price. It really offset value of the room.

I think the schedule for shuttles to the Disney parks and the other attractions in the area could be expanded to include more times and no fees.....we had to take the city bus one night because we were ready to return to the hotel before the 10:00 shuttle ran.

It was close to area attractions.

The room had bugs behind the bed and dust everywhere. The front-desk associate was incredibly rude and single-handedly convinced me to never, ever stay at this hotel again.l

We loved how close it was to Disney World and Old Town. It was also very comfortable. We stayed at a Disney resort for four nights and it was more expensive and not as comfortable or nice.

There was a mix up when we first got there and we were given the key to someone else's room and only found out because we walked in and all of their personal belongings were in there but they quickly corrected the situation. Also the bathroom was tiny but the comfort of the beds made up for that.

The room was really clean and housekeeping came regularly and did a nice job. The furnature was new and was quality stuff.

The staricase had cigarette butts on the floor and every morning it really stunk like pot. There was noone at the front door to check to see if persons entering were guests or not. The door at the end of the hall had bent hinges and could not close; another security risk. They advertised laundry facilities and there were, but no change machines and the front desk said they had no change.

Location was wonderful. We also loved the kids suite. Having two tv's was a life saver at night. The staff was great. I am on oxygen and I use a scooter. The staff was always most helpful with everything. It made a big difference for me.

The sound proofing was very poor, I was woken by conversations in the adjoining rooms and slamming doors.

everything about the hotel was very nice. nice spacious rooms, big nice bathrooms and very comfortable beds.

they could get more channels on the t.v.. they have very limited channels on the t.v..
